We are based in Llandeilo, a town surrounded by castles and the magical scenery of the Tywi Valley. The Welsh landscape provides the inspiration for our architect designed, environmentally friendly and energy efficient micro-buildings. We design and manufacture a wide range of contemporary park homes, glamping cabins and garden offices
We take pleasure in the handmade, the use of natural materials and the enjoyment of simple things. All our designs are hand crafted in Wales to the highest quality standards with the aim of making sustainable and low impact living desirable and accessible to all.

SIPS PARK
HOME
The SIPS Park home is an architect-designed, highly energy efficient mobile building, that provides comfortable living all year round. The compact home comes fully fitted out and can be delivered via lorry directly to your site. Classed as a caravan it meets the BS:3623 for park homes.
TY HIR PREN
Ty Hir Pren is a modular system of timber framed, pre-fabricated and highly insulated components raised above ground level. Quality storage is often overlooked in developments; Ty Hir Pren retains this precious space and minimises the need to upgrade the existing fabric, a process that can often be expensive and lengthy.
HELYGEN
Helygen® is a luxury glamping cabin that has been conceived to enhance our interaction with nature without compromising on either comfort or efficiency. This cabin is glamping at its purest with a thin line between comfort and the outside wilderness, the Helygen offers a truly immersive experience.

COLLEN
Collen offers a modern immersive glamping experience with a highly insulated core, covered entrance porch and a unique shower room. There are two size options perfect as additional accommodation or as a self-contained cabin. Layouts include a living / bed space, shower room and entrance porch as standard with a kitchenette and dining space for the larger model.

As soon as I walked into their offices and met the Design Team I knew I was going to have an enjoyable experience working with them as they created the Onnen for me in my back garden.
Since we shared the principles of using sustainable products in the selected design I had no need to waste time thinking and stressing about researching and sourcing products as I could trust in their decisions. They advised me along the way as to what was happening and kept me informed. They listened to what I said and took ideas of mine on board and likewise were full of good advice for me.
Build time was affected by Covid19 but despite that time schedules were adapted and adhered to and all government guidelines were followed. They respected my environment.
Attention to detail in the build and constant quality control meant that I ended up with a great flexible use space that I can use all year round. It was obvious that they have well earned pride in their workmanship. It's been worth every single penny and there were no hidden extra costs. I am very happy indeed. It's been a very easy process for me!
