Cottage and barn extension

This project involved the conversion of an existing stone barn into a spacious and modern open plan living area and master suite. The traditional cottage feel to the existing house was retained with a new stone link connecting the two and creating a large family home.The historic features of the two buildings have been celebrated by a juxtaposition of old and new.
