Farnburn Avenue will be a contemporary high-density residential block with thirteen apartments.
The design has been conceived to address the lack of high quality homes in Slough whilst making a positive contribution to the townscape.
The building will obtain some 10% of its energy supplies from renewable and low carbon sources - with energy sourced from an array of solar panels on the roof.
All lighting will be provided with super-efficient LED bulbs.
The green roof will provide a haven for insects and wildlife, whilst contributing to the insulation of the building.
